1. About Seventh Victory International Relief Assistance

Seventh Victory International Relief Assistance (also known as ‘7V IRA’) (registered charity number/ UIC / ЕИК 208628895) is a public non-profit foundation registered in Bulgaria, headquartered in Gabrovo. These Terms govern your use of the 7V IRA website www.seventhvictoryira.org and any direct donations to Seventh Victory International Relief Assistance.

Important: Seventh Victory is a separate entity. Purchases containing a donation are made on Seventh Victory’s website (www.seventhvictory.com). 7V IRA does not process card payments for those purchases and the Terms and Conditions on Seventh Victory’s website apply to those transactions.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the 7V IRA website, subscribing to communications, or donating directly, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Definitions

• Donation purchase — a product purchased on Seventh Victory’s website where a portion of price is allocated to a charitable cause.
• Standard purchase — purchase on Seventh Victory’s website that does not include a donation.
• Campaign — a fundraising effort run in collaboration with an approved charity (e.g., The Salvation Army).
  
  

4. Donations & distribution

Donation purchases made through Seventh Victory’s website are processed by Seventh Victory. The designated donation portion of each donation purchase is then distributed to the clearly stated and approved charitable organization, such as The Salvation Army, in accordance with the details provided on the relevant campaign page.

Direct donations made to 7V IRA by bank transfer will be used for the stated purpose of the relevant campaign, or for general charitable activities where specified. To help ensure that donations are received properly and with minimal administrative fees, contributors are encouraged to contact us in advance so we can confirm the most effective donation method based on their location and circumstances. For donation-product purchases: the donation portion (determined by Seventh Victory) of the purchase price will be forwarded in full to the designated charity (e.g., The Salvation Army), unless explicitly stated otherwise on the campaign page.

5. Receipts & tax information

For donation purchases made on Seventh Victory’s website: receipt and tax information will be provided per Seventh Victory’s checkout process.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Purchases and payment disputes for donation products are handled by Seventh Victory under Seventh Victory’s stated refund policy. 7V IRA is not responsible for Seventh Victory’s product delivery, refunds, or consumer matters related to purchases on Seventh Victory’s site.

For direct donations to 7V IRA, refunds are only provided in limited circumstances (e.g., duplicate transaction or demonstrable error). Requests must be made to info@seventhvictoryira.org within 7 days of donation and include proof. 7V IRA reserves the right to refuse refund requests where donation funds have already been transferred to the appointed charity.

7. Campaigns & third-party charities

Campaigns are run in collaboration with approved charities (e.g., The Salvation Army). 7V IRA will disclose the partner charity for each campaign and the intended use of funds.

7V IRA is not liable for any action or omission of an approved charity once funds have been distributed, except where 7V IRA’s negligence can be shown in selecting or disbursing funds.

8. Use of website; user conduct

You agree not to use the website for illegal activities, impersonation, or to upload harmful content.

You retain responsibility for the information you provide and its accuracy when donating or contacting us.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the 7V IRA website (text, logos, graphics) is owned or licensed by 7V IRA. You may not reproduce or use our trademarks without permission.

10. Privacy & data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the site you agree to that policy.

11. Liability & disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7V IRA’s liability for any claim arising from use of the site or direct donations is limited to the amount you donated.

7V IRA does not accept liability for: purchases made on Seventh Victory’s website (including product quality, delivery, payments), actions of partner charities after funds are disbursed, or indirect, consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify 7V IRA against any loss or liability arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or unlawful behavior.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint about 7V IRA, contact info@seventhvictoryira.org. We will aim to resolve within 5 working days.

14. Links to third parties

Our site may link to Seventh Victory, The Salvation Army, and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy or terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be posted and, where required, notified to affected donors.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
